9. Third-party integrations and connected tools
WorkoAI lets you connect third-party products (for example Slack, Google Workspace, CRMs, support desks, billing tools, and social publishers) so agents can act in those systems on your behalf. Connecting a tool is optional and requires your authorisation (typically OAuth or an API key you supply).
Your responsibility. You represent that you have the legal right to connect each account and to grant WorkoAI the permissions shown at consent time. You are responsible for: (a) reviewing and approving agent actions that affect external systems where human-in-the-loop is configured or reasonably required; (b) configuring least-privilege scopes and disconnecting tools you no longer need; (c) complying with each provider's terms of service, acceptable-use rules, and any contractual limits on automated access; and (d) all content, messages, records, and actions performed through your connected accounts — including actions taken by agents operating under your workspace.
Acceptable use of connected accounts. You may not use integrations to send spam, scrape or exfiltrate data beyond authorised purposes, circumvent rate limits or security controls, access accounts you do not control, or violate privacy, employment, advertising, or industry regulations applicable to your use of those tools.
Third-party services are provided by independent operators. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, security practices, pricing, or policy changes. If a provider revokes access, limits scopes, or experiences an outage, related agent features may degrade until you reconnect or adjust configuration.
Details on what data connected tools may expose to WorkoAI, how we process it, retention, and how to disconnect are described in our Privacy Policy. This section governs acceptable use and customer responsibility; it does not replace that Privacy Policy.
